Order Processing

All confirmed orders are processed within 24–48 business hours.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery across India typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Tracking Information

Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email and/or SMS for real-time updates.

MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO POLICY

To maintain transparency and protect both the customer and the brand, a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video is compulsory at the time of delivery.

The video must:

Start before opening the outer shipping package

Clearly display the shipping label

Show the package being opened without pauses or cuts

Capture the product and contents clearly

Any claims related to damage, missing items, or incorrect product will only be accepted if supported by a valid unboxing video.

Claims without video proof may not be eligible for resolution.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Each AVENHOR timepiece undergoes strict quality inspection before dispatch.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:

Manufacturing defect

Wrong product delivered

Product received in damaged condition (with valid unboxing video proof)

Return Request Window

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Eligibility Conditions

Product must be unused

Original packaging must be intact

Protective films, tags, and accessories must remain undamaged

AVENHOR does not offer returns for change of mind, preference, or minor cosmetic variations that do not affect functionality.

Approved cases will be processed as a replacement or service resolution.

WARRANTY POLICY

Every AVENHOR timepiece includes:

12 Months Standard Warranty

Covers manufacturing defects related to the internal movement and mechanical components.

The warranty does not cover:

Physical damage or impact damage

Water damage due to misuse

Strap wear and tear

Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications

Valid purchase invoice and warranty documentation are required for any claim.

EXTENDED WARRANTY OPTION

Customers may extend their warranty coverage by an additional 6 months by paying 10% of the product’s purchase value.

For example:

If the product price is ₹14,999

Extended warranty cost = 10%

₹14,999 × 10% = ₹1,499.90

This extended coverage applies only to movement-related manufacturing defects and must be purchased within the standard 12-month warranty period.
