Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email and/or SMS for real-time updates.
AVENHOR does not offer returns for change of mind, preference, or minor cosmetic variations that do not affect functionality.
WARRANTY POLICY
Every AVENHOR timepiece includes: 12 Months Standard Warranty Covers manufacturing defects related to the internal movement and mechanical components.
The warranty does not cover:
Physical damage or impact damage
Water damage due to misuse
Strap wear and tear
Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications
Valid purchase invoice and warranty documentation are required for any claim.
