Refund policy

Due to the precision mechanical nature of Avenhor timepieces, we maintain a structured return and replacement policy.


1. No Return for Change of Mind

Returns will NOT be accepted for:

  • Change of preference

  • Size perception after delivery

  • Strap comfort concerns

  • Color tone variation due to screen differences

  • Personal expectation mismatch

Customers are advised to review product specifications carefully before purchasing.


2. Eligible Replacement Cases

Replacement may be considered only if:

  • Manufacturing defect is confirmed

  • Incorrect product was delivered

  • Product was damaged in transit (with valid unboxing proof)

Replacement must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.


3. Inspection & Verification

All returned products undergo technical inspection.

If the issue is found to be caused by:

  • Physical impact

  • Improper handling

  • Water misuse

  • External damage

replacement will be declined.


4. Sale & Promotional Orders

Products purchased during:

  • Promotional campaigns

  • Limited-time discounts

  • Sale events

are considered final sale unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.


5. Replacement Process Timeline

  • Inspection: 3–5 working days

  • Replacement dispatch: 2–4 working days after approval

In case of damaged or defective product, the replacement will be done within 7-9 working days.


6. Non-Refundable Conditions

Avenhor primarily offers replacement (not refund) for eligible claims.

Refunds may be processed only if:

  • Replacement stock is unavailable

  • Order was cancelled before dispatch

In case of any refunds approved , it will take 5-7 working days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method.
